HV Provides the capability for Doctors/Nurses to monitor the patients vitals either periodically or continuously in Nursing Facilities, Home Care environments. System has inbuilt tools to increase patient engagement and increase the compliance rates of Patients Monthly Monitoring requirements of Vitals, which are being tracked by US CMS CPT codes. It provides the flexibility to monitor the patients with Wireless or Wired Patient Monitors.
